  • Cleaning of offices, boardrooms and common areas
  • Cleaning of restrooms, toilets and urinals.
  • Organisation of duties i.e. understanding and implementation of job description.
BEVERAGE ATTENDANT / TEA LADY TRAINING may include:
  • Personal hygiene, grooming and presentation
  • Kitchen hygiene and cleaning
  • Organisation of duties
  • Stock control and ordering procedures
  • Protocol for taking refreshments orders
  • Service of refreshments (tray, trolley and selfservice stations)
  • Preparation of boardroom/meeting rooms
  • Teamwork and quality principals in the workplace

CORPORATE COOKS

  • Preparation of snacks, light and/or full meals to suit organisational needs.
  • Menu Planning.
  • Shopping list compilation and order procedures.
  • Table settings and serviette folding.
  • Aspects of ‘Beverage Attendant’ curriculum may be added.

FIRST AID AND CPR

Department of Labour registered - level 1 First Aid, inclusive of CPR offered to corporates.
